Error [AD-EV2401]: Enter a valid activation code
If you’re accessing FOX and receive the message “Please enter a valid activation code. Error [AD-EV2401]”, we recommend following these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Clear your web browser’s cookies and cache (this is important as any stored data could be impeding site updates). To learn how to do this, click here>
- Log in using your user ID and password.
- Reactivate your Smart TV at foxplay.com by clicking on the “My Devices” tab.
Important: The code is case-sensitive, and all letters and numbers should be entered as they appear on your Smart TV screen. The code is updated daily, and as such you should verify its accuracy upon entering your account profile.
