Error message: 1007, 1008, 1201, 1202, 9001, or 9002
If you’re attempting to view a video and you receive an error message, numbered as 1007, 1008, 1201, 1202, 9001, or 9002, we recommend you delete the application from your device and reinstall it.
If you’ve completed the procedure above but the problem still persists, send us a message via the “Report an Error” option providing the following information:
- The title of the video you’re attempting to view (if it’s a series episode, please include the series season number).
- The error message number that appears on your screen.
- Detail any steps you’ve taken to resolve the problem.
