Error message: 1402, 1403, 1404, 1405, 1421, 1422, 1423, or 1424
If you’re attempting to view a video and you receive an error message, numbered as 1402, 1403, 1404, 1405, 1421, 1422, 1423, or 1424, we recommend closing the application and relaunching it after around 15 seconds.
