In general, most internet connection problems that affect a video’s playability are related to internet signal strength or the device itself. Although you could have a strong internet signal, it may become unstable and experience reduced connectivity or sporadic interruptions, nonetheless.

FOX is prepared for such issues. All content available on the FOX App has numerous versions that are engineered to adapt to the specifications of your internet connection. For this reason, you may experience a reduced video quality for brief instances.

To troubleshoot any video quality issues, we recommend you follow these simple steps:

  • Confirm your internet connection. If connecting via Wi-Fi, place your networking device (be it a router or modem) as close as possible to the device it’s sending internet to.
  • Relaunch the FOX App.
  • Restart the device.
  • Power down and restart your networking device (router or modem).
