To troubleshoot any video quality issues, we recommend you follow these simple steps:

  • Confirm your internet connection. If connecting via Wi-Fi, place your networking device (be it a router or modem) as close as possible to the device it’s sending internet to.
  • Relaunch the FOX App.
  • Restart the device.
  • Power down and restart your networking device (router or modem).
