I Can’t Activate my Smart TV

If you receive the message “Something Went Wrong, Try Again Later” while activating your Smart TV, first ensure that the activation code was entered correctly -- the code is case-sensitive, and all letters and numbers should be entered as they appear on the screen.

If you’ve confirmed the accuracy of the code and the problem still persists, follow these steps:

Step 1: Restart Your PC

Clear your web browser’s cache and cookies, then log back in to your FOX account. To learn how to do this, click here>

Step 2: Relaunch the FOX App on your Smart TV

Close the FOX App on your Smart TV by ending your session and then relaunch it.

Important: Activation codes are valid for a short, set amount of time. It is important to enter the code immediately after you request it. You can request a new code by closing and relaunching the FOX App on your Smart TV.
