My Smart TV isn’t Streaming Content

If you are unable to stream movies and series on your Smart TV, it is likely that your account is experiencing problems connecting to the FOX App. Follow these steps to resolve the problem:

Step 1: Restart your Session from a PC

Clear your web browser’s cache and cookies and log back into the FOX App. If you are unsure how to do this, click here>

Step 2: Deactivate your Smart TV

Go to your profile settings and select the “My Devices” option and delete your Smart TV by clicking “X”. If you are unsure how to do this, click here>
