I have a FOX App account, but I need a password

If you have a FOX App account, and you are asked to enter your password upon beginning a session, it’s because there’s a new version of the application. To obtain your password, we recommend the following steps:

1. Open the FOX App on your device and select “Continue”. The new session will require your user ID and password. If you haven’t created an account, click on: “Need help starting a session?”.

2. Enter the email address or user ID associated with your FOX App account and click “Continue”. Then, a six-digit code will be sent to the email address.

Enter the code and the select “Continue”. At this stage, we recommend that you update your password. To do this, select “Change Password”, create a new password, and then click “Save”.

4. Next, you’ll be directed to a list of pay TV providers available on the FOX App, find yours and select it. Enter the provider’s credentials; if you don’t have the credentials, find your provider and follow the instructions. Select “Finish” to finalize the setup. All set! You’re free to begin enjoying the very best of FOX content.
